Support
If you have problems with certain functions or the service in general, please use the support feature in the
customer portal.
Log in with your email and personal password to get to the Customer Portal. Here, you can create a ticket with your question.
Our support team will handle your request promptly and will only respond to you via the customer portal.
For security reasons, we do not answer direct email inquiries or ask questions via email.
Creating a Ticket
Creating a ticket is very easy and takes just a few seconds.
Once you are logged into the customer portal, simply click the “Create Ticcket” button
to open a ticket and briefly describe your issue.
Use the “Submit” button to forward your request to our support team, who will handle it promptly.
