New Customers
Registering a User
If you would like to register as a new customer, you can use the customer portal to do so. Once you have registered with your personal name and personal email address and have confirmed your email address, you will be granted access to the test environment. This allows you to test the full functionality and connect your own systems to the provided REST interface.
Registering a Customer
The web services are only available to registered THG aggregators. Therefore, before the production environment can be enabled, we require information about your organization, which you can enter in the customer portal / customer account. After your customer profile has been saved, we will begin verifying the provided information. If the verification is successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. From that point on, you will be able to access the production environment as a customer.
