Customer Portal

The customer portal is accessible at https://auth.nxtlabs.online and can be used to perform administrative tasks.

You can access the functions via the menu, which is either located at the top right or, on mobile devices, at the bottom of the screen:

  • View notifications
  • Edit user profile
  • Access provided documents
  • Submit / view support requests
  • Settings such as customer profile, API access, etc.
  • Log out of the portal
