Forgotten Password

Forgot your password? That’s not a problem as long as you still know and have access to the registered email address.

On the login page, you can click Forgot Password and enter your email address there. Then click “Send Code,” and shortly afterward, an email containing a five-digit code should arrive in your email inbox.

Check that the provided email is correct and click “Send Code.”
If the email address is registered with us, we will send a six-digit code to the specified email address.

After entering the correct code, you will be logged in and can immediately change your password.
